Behavior Interventionist

Focused ABA Team

JOB SUMMARY

This position will provide in-home Applied Behavior Analysis services including direct intervention provided to clients, behavior modification services and parent training for clients aged 7 to 21 with Autism and other developmental disabilities. These services are provided in home and in community settings.

 

QUALIFICATIONS

  1. A bachelor’s Degree in psychology, special education, education, or a related field is required, this may be substituted by 60 hours of college credit and two-year experience working with special needs population or

High School diploma and be able to complete the Registered Behavioral Technician training (provided by Motiva).

  1. Valid CPR certification (Infant/Child).
  2. Ability to pass background/fingerprint clearance.
  3. Provide/obtain immunization and Tuberculosis clearance.
  4. Bilingual (English and Spanish), written and oral communication skills.
  5. Mobile phone with activated voicemail.
  6. Reliable means of transportation, valid California driver’s license, car registration and insurance that meets California requirements.

Behavior Interventionist

JOB SUMMARY

Provide quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) based interventions to children with developmental delays, disabilities, and autism spectrum disorders (ASD) in the home. Interventionist will provide 1:1 specialized behavior intervention services in accordance with the goals described in the treatment plan.  These services are provided in the home, community settings, and in-office.
