Behavior Interventionist

Focused ABA Team

JOB SUMMARY

This position will provide in-home Applied Behavior Analysis services including direct intervention provided to clients, behavior modification services and parent training for clients aged 7 to 21 with Autism and other developmental disabilities. These services are provided in home and in community settings.

QUALIFICATIONS

  1. Motiva Associates has entry-level positions for ABA Interventionists starting at the high school graduate level, also for candidates with some college and/or experience in the field and for college graduates (pay is according to education and experience). All positions offer paid training and the possibility of certification (Registered Behavioral Technician).
  2. Valid CPR certification (Infant/Child).
  3. Ability to pass background/fingerprint clearance.
  4. Provide/obtain immunization and Tuberculosis clearance.
  5. Bilingual (English and Spanish), written and oral communication skills.
  6. Mobile phone with activated voicemail.
  7. Reliable means of transportation, valid California driver’s license, car registration and insurance that meets California requirements.

Behavior Interventionist

Provide quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) based interventions to children with developmental delays, disabilities, and autism spectrum disorders (ASD) in the home. Interventionist will provide 1:1 specialized behavior intervention services in accordance with the goals described in the treatment plan.  These services are provided in the home, community settings, and in-office.

QUALIFICATIONS

  1. Licensed Eligible Clinician (MFT/CSW/PCC Intern) Bilingual Spanish/English

JOB SUMMARY

Part-time position available in North San Diego County providing counseling services to children between the ages of 0 and 5 years and their caregivers. Bilingual, Spanish/English, a must, with preferred experience in working with multi-ethnic communities. Must have experience working with children and enjoy working with families. Must be registered with the Board of Behavioral Sciences as a Registered Associate/Intern.

Registered Behavior Technician (Imperial Valley)

JOB SUMMARY

  2. Complete the 40 hour Registered Behavior Technician Training (RBT).
  3. Pass the RBT competency assessment.
  4. Pass the RBT examination.
  5. Maintain RBT credential with the Behavioral Analyst Certification Board.
  6. Valid CPR certification (Infant/Child).
  7. Pass background/fingerprint clearance.
  8. Provide/obtain immunization and Tuberculosis clearance.
  9. Bilingual (English and Spanish), written and oral communication skills.
  10. Mobile phone with activated voicemail.
  11. Reliable means of transportation, valid California driver’s license, car registration and insurance that meets California requirements.
