JOB SUMMARY

The Administrative Supervisor will work in conjunction with the management and clinical team to oversee Administrative and aspects of the Behavioral Services Department.  The Administrative Supervisor will coordinate with all departments to ensure that the behavioral department is on track to meet its administrative goals.  Activities will include; management the Behavioral Services San Diego County office day to day operations, coordination of new projects, collaboration with Motiva’s corporate management staff, collaboration with funding sources, outreach and marketing as needed, implementing quality assurance measures, administrative staff supervision, and working with the Administrative department on office management projects.

Behavioral Coach

Focused ABA Team

JOB SUMMARY

This position will provide in-home Applied Behavior Analysis services including direct intervention provided to clients, behavior modification services and parent training for clients aged 7 to 21 with Autism and other developmental disabilities. These services are provided in home and in community settings.

QUALIFICATIONS

  1. Motiva Associates has entry-level positions for ABA Interventionists starting at the high school graduate level, also for candidates with some college and/or experience in the field and for college graduates (pay is according to education and experience). All positions offer paid training and the possibility of certification (Registered Behavioral Technician).
  2. Valid CPR certification (Infant/Child).
  3. Ability to pass background/fingerprint clearance.
  4. Provide/obtain immunization and Tuberculosis clearance.
  5. Bilingual (English and Spanish), written and oral communication skills.
  6. Mobile phone with activated voicemail.
  7. Reliable means of transportation, valid California driver’s license, car registration and insurance that meets California requirements.

Behavioral Technician

JOB SUMMARY

Provide quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) based interventions to children with developmental delays, disabilities, and autism spectrum disorders (ASD) in the home. Interventionist will provide 1:1 specialized behavior intervention services in accordance with the goals described in the treatment plan.  These services are provided in the home, community settings, and in-office.
