JOB SUMMARY:

Candidate will manage, monitor and maintain computer systems, ensuring that systems are running efficiently. With the collaboration of Motiva’s IT vendor, will provide day-to-day desktop support, in order to maintain network/computer system up-to-date. Candidate must have working knowledge of computer systems and computer software. Must be able to manage workstations, handle security updates and resolve network and connectivity issues. Will establish and maintain collaboration with other departmental managers regarding Admin, and computer issues. Will provide IT support to staff, manage phone system, purchase and maintain inventory of computers. Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
1-2 years IT/computer tech experience preferred.
Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications.
Bilingual – English and Spanish preferred but not required.
Service oriented, problem solving skills
Organization and good task managing skills a must
Ability to follow company policies and procedures
Reliable means of transportation, Valid CA Drivers License, car registration and insurance that meets California requirements
Obtain/maintain security clearance a must
Ability to pass background/drug test/fingerprints clearance
Provide/obtain immunization/Tuberculosis clearance

Behavioral Coach

Focused ABA Team

JOB SUMMARY

This position will provide in-home Applied Behavior Analysis services including direct intervention provided to clients, behavior modification services and parent training for clients aged 7 to 21 with Autism and other developmental disabilities. These services are provided in home and in community settings.

QUALIFICATIONS

  1. Motiva Associates has entry-level positions for ABA Interventionists starting at the high school graduate level, also for candidates with some college and/or experience in the field and for college graduates (pay is according to education and experience). All positions offer paid training and the possibility of certification (Registered Behavioral Technician).
  2. Valid CPR certification (Infant/Child).
  3. Ability to pass background/fingerprint clearance.
  4. Provide/obtain immunization and Tuberculosis clearance.
  5. Bilingual (English and Spanish), written and oral communication skills.
  6. Mobile phone with activated voicemail.
  7. Reliable means of transportation, valid California driver’s license, car registration and insurance that meets California requirements.

Behavioral Technician

JOB SUMMARY

Provide quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) based interventions to children with developmental delays, disabilities, and autism spectrum disorders (ASD) in the home. Interventionist will provide 1:1 specialized behavior intervention services in accordance with the goals described in the treatment plan.  These services are provided in the home, community settings, and in-office.

Mental Health Consultant (Imperial Valley)

JOB SUMMARY
This position will provide behavior modification services and mental health support in a school setting.

QUALIFICATIONS
1. Must have two years experience providing behavioral health services to children and families
2. Must possess a minimum of a Master’s Degree in psychology or related field.
3. Must be a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Work (LCSW) or Licensed Psychologist.
or
Must be a registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapist, a registered Associate Clinical Social Worker (ACSW) or registered Post-Doctoral Psychology Intern.
4. Must adhere to the California Board of Behavioral Sciences and/or Board of Psychology regulations regarding licensure or intern status.
5. Valid CPR certification (Infant/Child).
6. Ability to pass and maintain background/fingerprint clearance.
7. Tuberculosis clearance.
8. Bilingual (English and Spanish), written and oral communication skills.
9. Mobile phone with activated voicemail.
